Subscriptions:
All subscriptions are for a minimum of six months, with monthly billing
provided for your convenience to your preferred credit card. Your subscription to SureContact, Inc. will renew automatically upon expiration
of your current term and will remain active unless and until you notify
SureContact, Inc. in writing. Once you have fulfilled your original contract term, should you decide to cancel, you must give SureContact, Inc. written notice by email, mail, or fax of your decision to cancel your subscription, a minimum of 30 days prior to your final issue to avoid cancellation fees (equal to one month's fees).
Set-Up:
A set up fee of $40.00 covers designing your custom features and creation
of your client database.
Add or subtract contacts as needed by the monthly deadline date (15th
of each month) at no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy:
Your subscription may be cancelled with a charge equal to 3 months payment
to cover expenses incurred.
Payment Schedule:
Your first payment covers the first two months. After that, your credit
card will automatically be billed the 1st of each month for the following
month’s newsletter.
