For only $60/month, it is designed to give you the best value and eliminate
any extra work for you. We will custom design your personalized, monthly
newsletter with timely, interesting, professional information. Then we’ll
send it out to up to 250* of your customers, contacts, family, and friends
for you. You will also receive a monthly feedback report with the platinum
package. This report will show you when anyone “opted-in”,
“bounced”, or “unsubscribed” to your newsletter.

are doing, ask for referral business, and get their current email address
so they can receive your newsletter. If a customer forwards your newsletter

What are bounced newsletters?

Bounced newsletters are those that SureContact could
not deliver. The reasons might be an invalid email address or that there
was a temporary technical problem with the receiving end.
Will SureContact delete bounced or “unsubscribe”
contacts from my database? (top)
We will automatically delete the “unsubscribed”
requests and the “bounced” emails to insure that we maintain
the integrity of our permission-based online marketing campaigns. Remember,
a “bounced” newsletter could have been caused by a temporary
technical problem on the receiving end. If you receive one, we suggest
you call your customer to check that you have their current email address.
Then submit the correct address to updates@surecontact.com
at no extra fee.
When are the newsletters sent out?

Your newsletter will be sent out automatically for you
on the first day of each month. You will receive a copy for your records
and the feedback report will follow within the following week.
Are my email addresses secure?

Absolutely. SureContact, Inc. is on a secure server
and is password protected. No one will ever have access to your list,
except you. Rest assured, we do NOT sell or use your list for any other
purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you have special pricing for customized announcements

We’d be happy to design a unique, online announcement
or flier just for you or your company. Think of the impact on company
newsletters, custom letters, promotions, invitations, service announcements,
new subdivisions, new listings, interest rates, or holiday and birthday

How long will my subscription last?

Available options are six (6) month or twelve (12) month
subscriptions. Take advantage on the savings by ordering the twelve-month
package and locking in your low monthly rate. Also, you decide whether
it is more convenient to pay monthly or all at once.
How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription to SureContact, Inc. will renew automatically
upon expiration of your current term and will remain active unless and
until you notify SureContact, Inc. by email or fax of your decision to
cancel your subscription. If your subscription automatically renews and
you are billed by SureContact, then you have 30 days from the renewal
billing date to cancel the renewal and receive a full 100% refund on the
amount of the renewal. If you do not wish to have your subscription automatically
renew, please let us know and we can make the appropriate changes to your
account.

to look for your monthly newsletter. By instituting the auto-renewal policy,
we guarantee uninterrupted service, thus eliminating the chance that you
might be cut off if you did not order your renewal in time.

on the auto-renewal process, we in turn pass that savings along to you
by keeping the subscription price down and providing a superior service.
